Relax and unwind in our quiet and spacious flat. The Schareckblick apartment is located in Böckstein, the southernmost part of Bad Gastein, just a three-minute walk from the bus stop to Bad Gastein or to the Heilstollen and Sportgastein. Two restaurants can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot, two more and a supermarket in a maximum of 20 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by car or bus. You can also reach the Heilstollen or the Tauernschleuse to Mallnitz in a maximum of five minutes by car or bus (or ten minutes by bike). In ancient times (Roman times) Böckstein was the site of a well-known Tauern crossing, the Korntauern. Böckstein became famous as a mining village. From the 18th century, gold was mined on a large scale in the mountains south of Böckstein, and the Radhausberg bears its name from this period. A mining settlement with an associated museum tells the story of this time. The world-famous healing gallery is actually a relic from this era. Today Böckstein is a cozy village, mainly with single and multi-family houses and a few tourist businesses. Anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the sometimes noisy tourist centers, but still within striking distance of them, is in the right place here. And you don't have to do without any amenities. The Schareckblick apartment is located on the upper floor of a terraced house with a south-facing view of the Radhausberg and Schareck. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed suitable for adults and a kitchen-cum-living room with a sofa bed for an optional two more people. A separate bathroom and WC round off the offer. There is also an approx. 8 m² south-facing loggia. If you arrive by car, free parking is available on both sides of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the garage next to the house. A socket for charging e-bikes is available. Use of the garage (if required and on separate request): EUR 5.00 per day (high season EUR 10.00) Pet regardless of size and weight without food: EUR 15.00 per pet per stay Final cleaning: EUR 50,00 once Heating: EUR 5.00 per day (if required - included in late autumn / winter / early spring) Deposit: EUR 250.00 per stay (will be refunded at the end of the stay - if no damage is found).
