The well maintained extensive green area of ​​approximately 30,000 m2 with beautiful private beach, lawn, play and sports areas offers enough space for you. 3 tennis courts and a boat and surf dock are available. The cycle path network (directly from our house) extends around the lake, to VILLACH and along the beautiful rivers DRAU and GAIL. Walking and hiking trails lead directly from the house to the OSSIACHER TAUERN (combination with boat trips on Lake Ossiach are possible, station within a few minutes walk from the house), LANDSKRON castle with Adlerwarte, Affenberg and family hiking trail Burgherrenrunde. By car you can reach easily the very nice historic town of VILLACH, the KärntenTherme in Warmbad, the beautiful hiking mountains in the nature park DOBRATSCH and the GERLITZEN ALP (cable railway or toll road). The central location of our flats offers easy access to great attractions throughout Carinthia as well as day trips to the sea (Grado, Trieste, Venice ...) NOTE: We offer complete equipment in the apartments for families up to 5 people (parents & children) including bed linen, hand-shower towels, safe, kitchen accessories, bath (hair dryer), beach chairs, parasols u.v.a.m. IMPORTANT price information:
