The sunny and quiet location above Schladming, the city of Schladming is just a few minutes to walk, the access to the 4-mountain-interconnected ski area is comfortable reachable by bus, which stops next to the house (30 meter), close to the nordic sports paradise Ramsau, close to jogging routes and walking routes - a car free holiday can be spent without problems.

Top 6: The cosy and beautiful apartment “Sonnenhang top 6” offers a private Loggia in east direction - morning SUN, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with sofa-bed for two persons, one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV let the guests nothing missed. Top 4: The spacious living area is split into a living-, sleeping- and dining area, two separate bedrooms with a double bed, one bathroom with bath tub and toilet, which is reachable separately, as well one bathroom with shower, which is reachable e-suite from one bedroom. The spacious eat-in kitchen offers a sofa-bed for 2 persons. The apartment includes a south facing loggia, which is reachable from the living room and one bedroom.Free Wi-Fi & cable TV let the guests nothing missed.

In summer is a common garden and also a locked bike-storage available. In winter you will find a heated ski- and boots storage room. A private parking lot and an E-filling station complete the offer. 
An absolute highlight is the small but fine spa area with common sauna and infrared cabin. Both works with coin insertion.
