Our houses enjoy a quiet, sunny location on a south-facing slope in the center of Königsleiten. A skiing and toboggan run is directly behind our house. You will discover lots of traditional restaurants, ranging from a pizzeria to a fine restaurant, as well as a dance club. A supermarket is only 100 metres away. Sports stores provide you with quality service and the option to rent skiing and snowboarding equipment. Includes: cleaning on departure, energy costs, garage parking, water and bed linens, plus travel cribs and high chairs as needed. Not included: phone and sauna-heating charges, local taxes.
