Our indoor pool and our newly built outdoor pool with sun deck and panoramic relaxation room also offer you relaxation and regeneration. Our qualified therapist will be pleased to spoil you with a soothing massage treatment. CHANGED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR WINTER 2020/2021 & SUMMER 2021We shorten the down payment deadline to 4 weeks before your arrival and you can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before your arrival.
This also applies to bookings that have already been made.The following further cancellation conditions apply to the coming 2020/21 winter season and 2021 summer season:From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price. In the event of no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the travel price. We currently accept free cancellation of guests who cannot arrive at the time of their planned arrival due to official travel restrictions (e.g. travel bans, border barriers, travel warnings, cessation of air traffic) and this is considered safe or very likely at the time of the cancellation. You will also receive the deposit back.
