Welcome to the Alpine Chalet ARTE! The exclusive vacation home for up to three families is located in a quiet prime location in the middle of the beautiful Söll, the ideal starting point for all activities that our region has to offer: Direct access to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, one of the largest and best quality ski areas in Austria, as well as to the Wilder Kaiser region with countless outdoor activities in all seasons. The 27-hole golf course Wilder Kaiser can be reached in 7 minutes by car. In summer, one of the highest quality and best family adventure worlds in Austria awaits you in Hochsöll with the Söller Hexenwasser. The cottage sleeps 4-6 people - in the current configuration & number of beds we recommend staying max four adults + children. Söll is the place where the mountain doctor is at home - and as a special, guests of our house get free access to the weekly (snowshoe & summer) movie hike to the "Gruberhof" with our hiking guide Georg. We ask for prior reservation via email. From the house you can enjoy the direct view of the sunny side of the valley with the Wilder Kaiser, opposite the Söll local mountain - the Hohe Salve, as well as the church tower of Söll, which adorns one of the most beautiful baroque churches in Tyrol. Your dream vacation home is only a two-minute walk from the center, where Söll's pleasure mile awaits you with exquisite wine bars, restaurants or excellent breakfast opportunities.
The Alpin Chalet ARTE offers relaxation-seekers stylish and high-quality furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. The house is ideal for two to three families, an optimally utilized garden including whirlpool to relax after a day of skiing. Let your soul dangle - you deserve it! The house offers parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 of them covered), as well as a garage for bikes, golf bags & Co. Ski equipment will not burden you in the Alpine Chalet ARTE, because as house guests you get 24h access to an exclusive family ski depot directly in the valley station of the gondola Söll. This service is included in the price. The ski buses stop in the immediate vicinity of the house. The Alpin Chalet ARTE offers of course also washing and ironing facilities. The village bakery or the supermarkets M-Preis and Spar are within a three-minute walk. Natural materials ensure a healthy sleep and on bad weather days interesting, creative and child-friendly games for all ages are waiting to be discovered. Let us surprise you!
