The LANDHAUS/hart/zillertal is only 100 meters away from the next ski bus stop. The Spieljochbahn ski area is only 3 km away and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The possibility of tobogganing, ice skating, ski touring, etc. is also in the immediate vicinity. The Ski-Optimal Hochzillertal ski area can be reached by car in around 10 minutes, and it takes around 20 minutes to drive to the Hochfügen ski area. The free ski bus can of course also be used. In summer it is the perfect starting point for hiking tours, the house is only 50 meters from the nearest hiking trail. You can also start mountain bike tours, bike trips, etc. directly from the house. The closest swimming pool can be reached by car in 5 minutes, and in 10 minutes you can reach the next swimming lake. Numerous children's adventure playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity. The golf course in Uderns is only 3 km, the tennis court (with adjoining children's play and beach volleyball court) is only 1 km away. The Gasthaus Hamberg is 100 meters away, the next pizzeria 450 meters.
