The entry into the cross-country ski trail is located only a few meters, as well as the bus stop of the free ski bus shuttle-service. 
A covered car park and further storage for bikes/sledges/ski/kayak is available at the house.In summer the price includes the SAALACHTAL CARD for the duration of Your visit, by this You have free admission to the Steinbergbad Lofer (open-air pool), to the leisure center/indoor swimming pool in Unken and to the Saalach-valley forces of nature - and You can use the cableway I + II for free (specific information may be found at our website under the tab "Saalachtal Card").
In the vicinity of about 30 km are other beautiful ski- and hiking areas for example Kitzbühel and Kaprun, as well as St. Johann, Zell am See, Steinplatte and Saalbach.

In summer the Triassic Park (10 km), the "Familienland" (22 km), golf courses, an extensive cycling network and many trails for easy or exhausting moutain tours offer a lot of variety for the whole family.

Our house offers in a very quiet locaion on about 50 square meters a fully furnished and equipped holiday home with 2 separate bedrooms (bedroom No. 1 with double bed, bedroom No. 2 with bunk bed), bathroom with shower and WC, lounge/dining room and a small kitchen.
Our features are:
- Sat-TV, radio, Internet / WLAN  - E-Bike Ladestation
- Terrace and garden (gas barbecue is also available)
- Beddings, shower and hand towels as well as kitchen towels and washing-up liquid
- Extractable couch in the lounge (in case of an emergency)
- cooker with 2 plates, fridge and freezer, kettle and egg boiler, toaster, microwave, Senseo coffee pod machine (1 pack is provided by us)
- Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and more kitchen utensils
- Traveling baby cot with beddings and high cair is available (please indicate with the order!)

Our holiday home is a Non-smoking house.
No pets. 
In the vicinity are many restaurants, shopping facilities and farm shops of our farmers.
