Haus Kollmannsegg

The Kollmannsegg house is located about one kilometer above the village directly by the forest and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the entire Hochkönig massif in both summer and winter. In winter, our house offers an ideal introduction to the Hochkönig's Winterreich ski area. You can ski directly from the house and come back directly on skis. In winter, pedestrians can also walk from Haus Kollmannsegg directly along a forest path in 15 minutes to an alpine pasture where they can stop off. In summer, several hiking routes start directly behind the house. There are all kinds of hiking trails and via ferratas in the surrounding area. The Hochkönig can also be climbed - the Matrashaus is one of the highest refuges in the Alps, it stands at 2,941 m directly on the summit of the Hochkönig. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the village. The ski bus and also the hiking bus run along the main street. – This means you can leave your car parked for the entire holiday. A total of 4 covered parking spaces, a large sun terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a large lawn in front of the house are available to you during your stay.
